Cottage

It's situated in a beautiful nature of High Tatras in Mengusovská valley on the northern shore of Popradské tarn.

History

The original cottage grew up here in 1879, when the chairman of Liptov section of an Ugro-Carpathian organization founded by Vojtech Majláth suggested to build it. In 1881 it was replaced by a similar stone building and in 1892 reopened again and later augmented about a turistic hostel. These buildings served until 1961, when a new turistic hotel was opened. In 2006 started a reconstruction of the original cottage on the original place and its occupancy permit was made in late 2010.

Five rooms with sixteen beds with a higher standard.

Alimentation

The cottage has a self-service restaurant with 48 seats. During the summer we open a self-service terrace with grill, having 236 seats.
